I cannot recommend Mr Kara highly enough. From my very first appointment, he was professional, reassuring and incredibly considerate. As this was my first surgery, I was understandably nervous, but he immediately made me feel at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly. What particularly impressed me was the consideration he gave to my future career. I am training in Musical Theatre and singing is a hugely important part of my life, so he took the time to discuss my voice, explain how my vocal cords would be protected during the procedure, and reassured me about returning to singing afterwards. This has meant a great deal to both me. On the day of my surgery, he was once again calm, kind and reassuring, which really helped to settle my nerves. I felt completely confident that I was in safe hands and receiving excellent care. I am extremely grateful for the professionalism, kindness and reassurance he has shown me throughout the whole experience. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me.
